Solid platform for climbing and sprint work (you can grid and pull out of the saddle as much as you want with no fear of tipping the bike), smooth chain and hub system, quality construction, large fly wheel - very road like performance, smooth resistance (not 'grabby'), all the adjustments you could want for a perfect fit, comfortable road-like ergonomic saddle, quiet operation even when free wheeling
It looks like a work of art! I really wanted to put it in the middle of my living room as it looks so cool, alas wife wouldn't let me - something about me being a big dork.
CONS:
Narrow resistance band (from 0 - full within 3/4 turn of dial)
This is the indoor bike I was looking for. Better fit that a standard spin bike, more stable for climbing and sprinting that my bike on a trainer.
With an extra transmitter ($30 bucks) was able to mount my Garmin 705 to the unit (setup a second bike profile using the flywheel circumference)... Read more

It feels good... it does not feel like riding a bike. It feels better than any other trainer/exercise bike I have every been on (probably due to the coaster feature) but it does not feel like a bike. It does keep me in shape year round - a big benefit - would any other exercise bike do that?... probably. Could I custom fit any other exercise bike like this one... probably not - It does fit pretty much like a road bike. My wife, an avid rider like myself, uses it and feels the same way. We both like it better than the mag and fluid trainers we have tried in the past, both for noise and feel as well as ease of use. Additionally it's very stable, wife use it for spinning too, no issues but requires the fit be changed from road bike training "mode".
It does not come with pedals, you'll need to supply your own - that's OK it's just not clear in all the literature we read about it. We changed out the included seat to one we use on our road bikes too... so there are some other... Read more
